Who is the program
intended for?
Does not matter who is your investor, the accelerator is open for all eligible companies. If you have a brilliant idea, a strong team and a clear plan, we’re here to help, inspire and educate you. Our entry criteria are clear.
An established business operating in CEE
Market validation in the domestic market (i.e. paying customers)
At least a 6-month financial runway
A desire to scale up and build a global enterprise
Able to commit 1-2 senior resources to all sessions for the duration of the program

The Silicon Valley Accelerator combines the intensity of a hands-on training program in Prague, with a follow-on acceleration program that provides startups with direct engagement with prospective customers, strategic partners and investors in Silicon Valley and the United States tech ecosystem.
March 27th-30th, Prague
The top 12 applicants will receive 5 days of hands-on workshops and lectures, conducted by experts from Unicorn Attacks and USMAC. Prague part themes:
- Start-ups and Corporations in cooperation mode
- Value proposition design
- Customer centricity in practice
- Sales & Marketing
- Importance of story telling
- Mastering the pitch (even without slides)
- Cross Cultural Communications
- Developing a Global Growth Mindset
- Investing & Partnerships
- And multiple pitch reviews
The Prague Part ends with an investor pitch ceremony. Unicorn Attacks and USMAC mentors will be joined by an online panel of Silicon Valley investors.
- All 12 startups from the Prague Part will present their pitches to the panelists, where they will be scored and ranked
- The top 8 startups will be selected to participate in the Silicon Valley acceleration
May - June 2023, part online, part onsite in Prague, part onsite in San Francisco (June 5th-16th)
- The top 8 startups from the Prague Part Week will participate in the 2-month acceleration program. The acceleration part starts immediately after the week in Prague and includes:
- Individual preparation for the Silicon Valley Acceleration phase - understanding the market and the community, setting expectations from mentoring and customer meetings, organizational preparation
- 20 hours of one-to-one mentoring for each start-up. Each company is paired with an industry domain expert from Silicon Valley
- At least 10 B2B customer meetings per participating company - learning sessions about a potential customer, the discovery of the customer needs
- Last 2 weeks take place in Silicon Valley. Roughly 60% of the mentoring and customer meetings will take place during the Silicon Valley visit, the rest is online.
- Investor pitch event finale with Silicon Valley investors
- 4 hours of group mentoring, reflecting on gained knowledge and experience one month following the Silicon Valley visit
- Individual follow-up session on key takeaways
